Cancellation Policy
Acknowledgment of Payment Terms & Refund Policy Acknowledgment Statement: "By registering for the TLC DreamBoard Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Payment Terms: * A non-refundable fee of $175 per couple is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. * This fee covers all materials, light refreshments, and personalized coaching services. 2. Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for rescheduling to a future session within 90 days. * No refunds or rescheduling options will be offered for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. 3. Event Participation: * In the rare event of cancellation by TLC Coaching, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Attendance Policy: * Couples must arrive on time and remain present for the full duration of the session to maximize the experience. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may miss important elements and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Liability Disclaimer: * TLC Coaching is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or emergencies.
